My kid loves this app when it works. The last few months the app has frozen multiple times causing the iPad to need a hard reset. I’m using a 10 generation iPad and should not be experiencing these issues. Can this issue be addressed?

The app is great with the curriculum. It’s just full of glitches. The pausing feature doesn’t work. The typing feature is glitchy, and you can’t move on if you don’t complete that part. But the keyboard doesn’t pop up correctly to use it. Hope this is fixed within the next update.

The app does not work

The app itself has been just fine, but I noticed that the social studies religion and technology categories as well as therapy and other categories are missing on the iPhone. Please fix.

The app keeps failing or freezing. This has been going on for months. We used it for a whole year then renewed for another year and this started happened. Bummer and would like a refund.

On the games it will just freeze up. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. This has happened multiple times and it is annoying.

Signed up for the free trial, the games were ok, but several times froze and would not work. I forgot to cancel the free trial, and caught it literally hours after the deadline, the customer service team tried to refuse my request to get a refund for the yearly ($60) fee even though I caught it almost immediately. I get that I missed the deadline but I’ve had this happen many many times with free trials and EVERY time whatever company I am dealing with always issues a refund as long as it’s pretty soon after the deadline. Tiny Tap seemed to try and rope me into $60 on a technicality instead of being reasonable. I would’ve even laid the $60 had the app been good and not frozen more than 6 times in 7 days. Eventually they issued a refund but it took over a week and back and forth emails. Do not recommend.

This app is always freezing and it really impacts my students learning time.

We did the trial and it seems great for a lot of children, but unfortunately just wasn’t the right learning style for my son. Unfortunately I canceled the trial and was charged for the yr, but I reached out and they fixed it. Would recommend.

I let my child try out the tinytap app out just for a few days and yesterday I was trying to cancel the subscription out because she started to get uninterested in the app well today these ppl took my money and of course they don’t give out refunds . I won’t be using this app anymore

I love TinyTap

I got this app for my 5 year old because she needs some work with reading but I paid for the annual fee and it doesn’t work on my phone and it doesn’t restore on her iPad. She uses it, we log in and then it says pay or restore again and again

I recently made a review very upset with not being able to contact anyone from the app. Shortly after I realized I could just email them and they happily helped me with my refund and I’m so thankful the kids loved the games we just didn’t know it was that much for family sharing for the year So we opted out Thank you TinyTap for helping with my refund during this time

Waste of my time and space on my phone/iPad

I usually don’t pay for apps but when I do, I expect them to work. There’s tooo many glitches. My toddler is constantly getting frustrated and so do I. I’m finding closing and reopening the app one too many times. I won’t be purchasing again.

Like this game

The interactivity is hit or miss. Most of the games we've tried playing don't work. It asks to tap on things or drag pictures around, and it doesn't work.

I just downloaded this for my almost 2 year old and when I try to make an account it won’t allow me to set the age? Not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but I’m glad I didn’t get the subscription.

The app freezes constantly and the sound/voice randomly does not work so my toddler has no clue what they are asking for the task. For example, the color puzzle works then the next slide it doesn’t; there are no color circles and no sound. Another example; on the instrument slide- you can hear and click all the instrument sounds but the next slide/quiz part where it asks what instrument makes this sound, there is no sound. This was only the trial part and would not purchase. This app would be great but it needs more work if I were to spend money.

They will give you the runaround if you want to cancel their subscription.

My free apps are better. No idea how they have such positive reviews. Also it didn't give a free week to try it.,, I see why.

Downloaded the app to test it out for a free trial period. So far I haven’t even been able to create my child’s profile to test it. I can enter in his name, but when I click on Age the screen turns sideways, then turns back, only offset and with no keyboard. This has held true despite app updates, app, restarts, and phone restarts. I have tried to reach out to app support, which I had to scour their website to find since the app support button from the App Store links to a file not found page. I have never heard back from app support. I’m inclined to think that the app is buggy and the developers must not care much. I will be deleting this app after I cancel the trial.

When I try to add a child, it won’t let me select the language or the age. It just shows the app is trying to switch view from landscape to portrait mode.

Choose another educational app for your children. This one has too many issues to go into detail about. Not worth the price at all.

I tried this app for my toddler. This app is not age appropriate. It’s more for older kids. I tried to contact support team to cancel subscription. I never received a notification to cancel. Not happy with the support. Instead I had to speak to “Eve”. Who told me I would receive a cancellation and refund confirmation. And I still haven’t received anything. I even asked for an email to write to and “eve” said they don’t have one.

I can’t get in and I think I’ve paid twice. Keeps wanting me to pay for another free trial I will be telling everyone I know that this is a trick unless sorted out soon. ANGRY!

I am disappointed in the Tiny Tap game. Yesterday my 3 year old was playing a new language learning game: a voice does a letter sound and the child selects an image related to the sound. Of the images to elect from one was a stick figure holding an assault gun. Why are there guns in a preschool game? I wanted to remove this particular game and there is no way to delete it. I am extremely uncomfortable letting my child use a learning application that should be age-appropriate and an adult can remove unwanted content. I hope some serious changes are made to edited your curation of user-created games and parental tools.

זו הונאה אין אפשרות לבטל. גם אני נפלתי במלכודת של הפרסומות שרדפו אחרי לכל מקום ונרשמתי לניסיון ללא תשלום, הבן שלי לא אהב את האפליקציה ולא רצה להשתמש בה, ניסיתי לבטל, אבל אין דרך ואין שירות לקוחות רק בוט מטומטם שחוזר על עצמו בלופים, שכתב שהוא מבין את התסכול שלי אבל אין לו דרך לעזור לי והבטיח שיחזרו אלי, כמובן שעד היום לא חזרו אלי אבל כן מצאו לנכון לחייב אותי בכרטיס האשראי, כתבתי מייל אבל אף אחד גם לזה לא הגיב, חברה של רמאים!

1st charged full price the day I signed up Not the monthly payments I was expecting after the week trial. 2. Have had trouble logging in from the start. Contacted them during the trial period saying can’t long in, gave a suggestion as to what to try. Still didn’t work. My DIL tried everything on top of what they suggested and nothing gets us in. I contacted them again today saying can’t get in, just send me back my full refund $77+. I get a message back telling me that after 7 days can’t refund. Really! Haven’t been able to get in to the app from day one, and won’t give me a refund. Totally a scam. Beware!!!

There no limit to the kind of lessons the child has access to, even if you choose which ones you want them to do, it allows them access to eveything, this is not eefective with smaller children. I was really disappointed i signed up for the yearly subscription that has access to all lessons, and now a couple months they want to recharge for lessons , when i was under impression that was the reason i paid the yearly subscription.

Can’t do anything in settings because you have to touch the two dots. Well no matter how many different directions I try touching those dots it doesn’t work. Waste of time. Also prices are a lie to get you in. It said $7 for a year and then changed to $90. Jokes on me huh.

My mom bought this for me and I’m eight years old about to turn nine and I’m so happy my mom introduced this to me because now I’ve been learning a lot with it

The app is very clear. My 2 year old loves it. He has learned so much with the games in this app. I love that every game is different and entertaining.

The app is great. Offered a great variety for my child to be engaged and learn but my son still was not able to navigate it on his own ( he is 4, my son is a bit behind for his age therefore that might have had something to do with it). However this review is particularly for their customer service. I originally reached out with a concern and their team was fast to respond and resolved my issue very fast. For this reason I will sign up again once my son is able to be more independent with the app.
